Pro Active Fitness is not just another health club, but an integrated lifestyle/wellness centre which offers a wide range of activities to suit all tastes, ages and levels of fitness. Based in the Mussel Centre in Hermanus, our gym and fitness centre has facilities, activities and services that cater for a very diverse range of members' health needs. Whether you are a day visitor or monthly member (or something in between), our spinning studio, cardio section, circuit, free weights training area, stretching area, sauna, sunbed, health bar, comfortable changing rooms and relaxed atmosphere will have you feeling healthier than ever before!

We have a far infra red sauna which helps with the elimination of toxins, weight loss, relaxation and skin rejuvenation. Most of the facilities (except for change rooms, showers and sauna, which are suspended above the gym area)
